Description
The project consisted of a period conversion in to six flats and one office unit. The existing roof was completely replaced and brick cleaning and partial repointing of the external facade was carried out. The basement was dug down and waterproofing was carried out. Two new additional levels were formed to the rear of the building with a mansard roof at the upper level. Full design and installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing was carried out in each unit and throughout the building.
