Argrove builds all types of extensions, such as side, rear and rooftop extensions. We carry out extension projects by following one of the two procedures below:

• Argrove are able to manage the project from the outset, either contracting directly to experienced architects or recommending a known and trusted architect to draw the initial plans. The architect will handle the planning and building regulations application, and we are then able to carry out the build stage from this point once architect’s drawings, structural engineer’s drawing and Schedule Of Works (SOW) are available

• We often find that the client already has drawings and planning permission has been granted. As Contractors we will then take over the project for the build stage
