An appointment can be made with Argrove for your project to be viewed (a free viewing) at a time that is convenient for you. A project manager (office based) and site manager (site based) will attend the viewing of the proposed works.

If the client wishes to follow the traditional building contract option, we usually require three main sets of documents/drawings in order to arrive at a meaningful price.

1. Architect’s drawings

2. Structural Engineer’s drawings

3. Schedule Of Works (SOW) / Specification

If the client wishes to follow the design-build contract option then we would require a client’s brief as the first initial stage in order to understand the client’s requirements.

If the client wishes to proceed with the project, both Argrove and the client will need to sign a standard contract (usually JCT) before works commence.
